Medical Products E-Commerce Platform
- Led the development of a healthcare e-commerce platform and companion internal admin application under tight release deadlines.
- Built both applications with Next.js, React, strict TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and reusable tested components.
- Used Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, RLS, stored procedures) and optimized data retrieval.
- Managed client and server state with TanStack Query and React Server Components, building admin views with TanStack Table and Chart.js.
- Integrated secure payment APIs, including refund and reconciliation flows, while meeting PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.

Agentic Development Workflow
- Adopted and codified an AI-assisted development process in November 2025, iterating it into a hook-enforced agentic workflow now used across two production repositories.
- Designed it goal-oriented rather than ticket-driven: each task begins from the business outcome, reproducing the real behavior, confirming the underlying cause, then shipping the smallest change that meets the goal.
- Enforced planner and executor separation of duties, where a reasoning agent investigates, plans, and reviews while constrained worker agents make all code changes, backed by custom pre-tool-use hooks that mechanically block out-of-policy edits.
- Codified team standards as reusable skills and slash commands covering repo conventions, the ticket lifecycle, and recurring failure modes, so hard-won lessons are enforced on every task instead of re-learned.
- Made verification non-negotiable: failing test first, then implementation, then type-check, lint, and full suite before any commit, with no claim of completion without command output behind it.
- Applied a deliberate anti-overengineering rule, the simplest implementation that meets the goal, to keep AI-assisted code reviewable and shrink edge-case surface area.
